High-Fives
I feel absolutely ridiculous when someone offers up their hand for a high-five.
It’s been happening a lot lately.
Maybe the world is teaching me to not be so serious all the time.

Couch to 5k
I just did week one day one of couch to 5k with the rooms.
I feel like death.
I haven’t ran more than a quick sprint to the car since middle school when we were required to “run” a half mile in gym.
I’m also still recovering from a cold so my breathing ability is already limited.
